Description
This was done for a Daily Sketch Weekend challenge that I never finished.
It was suppose to be take a DC chracter and mix in a Marvel one.
Well this one was suppose to be the Fantastic Four with a twist.
Cosmic rays hit Gotham Water Works as Officer Wally West was chasing criminal Joker and his Doctor Quinzalle. At the same time Virgil Hawkins was tied up at a tower as a high school prank by someone named Tim Drake. The rays hit and the FF are born.
Joker didn't turn into the Thing-he became a Skrull.
Wally got speed power
Virgil got his Static powers
Harley is just Harley.
